About FauerWerks Auto & Truck
FauerWerks Auto & Truck opened in 2021, founded by John Fauerbach. What started as one man working out of his own garage has grown into a shop built on skill, honesty, and a genuine love for the craft.
Technician Owned, Technician Driven
FauerWerks Auto & Truck is technician owned and operated, and that makes all the difference. We take pride in quality and honesty over quantity and maximum profits. We take diagnostics seriously, and we take on the jobs other shops turn away. This business started with John working alone in his garage, and he hasn’t forgotten where he came from or who helped get him here.
One Owner from Day One
FauerWerks Auto & Truck has never changed ownership. From the very beginning, it’s been built and run with the same values and the same hands on approach.
From Lawnmowers to Heavy Diesel
John’s love for fixing things started young, working on lawnmowers as a kid. By fifteen, he’d graduated to cars. Years later, while working as a restaurant manager, he made the leap to change oil at a dealership, and that decision set the course for everything that followed.
A Team Built on Experience and Heart
Kenny brings over twelve years of experience working with Infiniti and Nissan, and he’s an avid BMW enthusiast in his own time. Jimmy has deep experience with Honda and Acura, and when he’s not in the shop, you’ll find him at the range or out riding his jet ski. Ralph brings more than a decade of customer service and sales experience to the front of the shop, and spends his free time with his family. Ben, a high school sophomore, is still early in his career, but what he lacks in experience he more than makes up for in eagerness, learning the trade every day from Kenny and Jimmy. And Kate, John’s better half, is the glue that holds the office together. When she’s not working, she’s at home with their four dogs.
Family, Food, and Life on the Water
John and Kate have been together since 2020. They share their home with four dogs, Chop, Allie, Aurora, and Dodge, along with a guinea pig. Outside of work, John is an avid BBQ enthusiast who loves entertaining, and he enjoys spending time out on Lake Michigan whenever he gets the chance.
At FauerWerks Auto & Truck, you’re getting more than a repair. You’re getting a technician who built this business from the ground up and a team that genuinely cares about doing the job right.
